## 1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TableTalk TV website and services ("Services") provided by Sitka Advisory Group, Inc. DBA Aegis Automations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1032 E Brandon Blvd - Suite 6677, Brandon, FL 33511. TableTalk TV is a local diner TV advertising network serving the Long Island, NY area. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 2. Services
TableTalk TV provides in-venue television advertising placements within partner diners and restaurants located throughout Long Island, New York. Advertising packages, pricing, rotation, and venue availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

## 3. Bookings & Payment
All advertising campaigns require a signed agreement and payment per the terms outlined in your insertion order. Campaigns begin on the agreed start date upon receipt of payment and approved creative. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of placements without refund.

## 4. Advertiser Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit for broadcast. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or harmful to our network, partner venues, or their patrons.

## 5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and materials on this website are the property of Sitka Advisory Group, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of creative materials you submit, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our network for the duration of your campaign.

## 6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific viewer counts, engagement rates, or advertising results. Estimates of audience reach are based on venue traffic data and are provided for informational purposes only.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitka Advisory Group, Inc. DBA Aegis Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.

## 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

## 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
